I stayed overnight before my flight in the morning. So I dis not use the facilities at the hotel. The room was large and comfortable. Bed and bedding nice. Check in and check out easy. Taxi to the airport costs 8 Rial some taxis only take cash, they will take you to an ATM if you don’t have cash.

My experience was very mixed. Hence to rating. All staff with a very few exceptions were excellent. Definitely some of the best I have experienced. There is one exception to that His name was Lal. I found him very displeasing. He was not at all helpful and was very forceful in wanting me to use a hire car that was parked in the entry of the hotel. Even when asked for assistance with other types of transports, he was very dismissive. It really spoilt my experiences of the hotel and the other staff. All other staff at the front door were excellent.

It’s my second time in Swissotel. The first experience was absolutely fantastic but when it comes to the Last One , I think that the rooms need more maintenance. The lights needs to be replaced with new ones.The breakfast area is so crowded. I know that there is a new maintenance in the old one, but even though it’s really big hotel, so I think that if you put the breakfast area and other place, it would be much more better. I hope to visit soon, and I will find that these notes are considered , and you worked more on the rooms maintenance when it comes to the lightning ,and to the furniture. But overall, when it comes to the service, it is one of the best hotel I ever go to. Thank you.

I had the worst experience. And will never ever visit again. The first room (502) i stayed in was dusty, dirty, and smells like drainage. The roof of the toilet leaked and they wasted half a day from my stay to allocate me to a new room. They were so stubborn to change the pillows into foaming pillows and i had to request that so many time just to get those pillows. I was shifted into another room (1021). To be honest it was more clean than the first one but still not up to thr level of cleanliness that i would of expected for an accor hotel! The whole level was smelling like drainage but not as strong as level 5. The room was not cleaned properly, you can easily see the finger prints and the dirt from the previous users on the tv unit drawers. The door upper safety lock doesnt work, the tool is too short and cant be inserted in its place (what a joke!). When we booked there was nothing mentioned about the maintenance thats happening and the drill sounds that we will be hearing all the time.
