We found all staff helpful and friendly - lovely clean room with a great view of the pool area. Breakfast was lovely, great selection. Went to the Double Decker bar twice, worth a visit. Excellent location to the mall. Would definitely return.

The hotel itself is more than 20 years old. But it is undergoing a renovation since the beginning of the year. We have gotten a beautiful room in the 11th floor. And everything they have finished so far, including the lobby and the restaurant came out very beautiful. Not only the quality of the craftsmanship sticks out. What you feel all around is the Team spirit of the people working there. Especially I want to name Robert from the lobby, or Chandan and Stanley doing the room service. Not perfectly solved as they exceed to the pool. You go through the spa and the gym. And after that, you have to climb up the staircases for two stories. My top tip for future guests: Take one of the stairs from the restaurant down to the pool area.

the newly appointed rooms are very well fitted and equipped. The 3 nights stay with a rich breakfast menu and also the option of a varied diner buffet were highlights of the stay. Conveniently located for various meeting the overall experience was very positive.
