Staff were relatively pleasant. Ron well appointed. However, room for two guests and only 1 small bottle of water supplied per stay. Checked with reception and advised this is hotel policy. Never had that in the purported 5* hotel before.

Overall I can not be completely pleased. There were to many small incidences that are indeed for many people meaningless. But for me a reason not to return. As an example parking. As I went to the parking garage in the morning. I could enter the garage to put my luggage in my car. When wanting to go back to my room. I discovered that the door was locked. So I could not leave the garage. I needed to find a different exit. This is unacceptable for so many reasons. I can go on with several other occasions. The worsted part is perhaps that when talking about everything that happened. Like the parking garage. They gave an uninterested impression. That all together in the end gave me a not welcome feeling. A feeling that they only want a certain type of customer. And that not everybody is appreciated.

We had 2 rooms connected, which worked well for a family of 3 kids (1-4years). The hotel staff had decorated our kids room with special sheets and accessories. It made us feel very welcomed! We are regular customers and this hotel never dissapoints us. Great service, breakfast, spa - everything works! Thank you!
