I have visited Swissotel often however this time has been the worst in terms of customer service. The concierge attitude was curt and rude and would not help me with my baggage. As an Accor member, the front desk did not allow me access to member benefits or priority when I asked where to check in and brushed me off rudely stating everyone was a member. Having stayed at Swissotel before this was a stark difference from my previous stay. In another instance when I asked for assistance in a restaurant reservation the front desk staff refused to help and said their Japanese was not good and told me to sort it out myself. There was no offer to find someone else who could assist in the matter. Unfortunately a very disappointing experience this time with Swissotel.

WONDERFUL CHECK IN EXPERIENCE, WAS GIVEN A CHOICE TO EITHER WAIT 45 MINUTES FOR ROOM TO BE READY. CHOSE TO RETURN AFTER LUNCH AND WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED THAT LUGGAGE WERE ALREADY IN THE ROOM WHEN RETUNRED TO COLLECT ROOM KEY

Great room and bathroom. Extremely slow service in the bar area - not satisfactory for a 5* establishment - having to wait more than 35 minutes to be served is not good enough.

Very weak WiFi as most of the time iPad unable to get WiFi connections. Despite lowering the room air-con temperature, the room stills feel hot in the middle of the night.
