The room rate is quite expensive, but unfortunately the hotel does not feel luxurious or reflect the standard I would expect from a Swiss hotel brand. The bathroom in particular looks old and worn out and is in need of renovation. For the price charged, I expected much better quality, comfort, and overall maintenance. Overall, I was disappointed with the condition of the hotel and do not feel it offers good value for money. At this price level, there are better hotel options in Jakarta.

This is a review 2 night stay as Gold Member with Family. During Entrance to the Front Office around 7 pm, no one welcome and ask to help on the luggage. I personally need to leave the car parked unattended for a moment to accommodate seating formy family waiting for me for check in process after park the car. During Check-In and Check-Out, the Front Office team was very welcoming, inform crucial information about the reservation, and seek feedback. The Concierge are very helpful in assisting after checkin, free parking coordination, greet every guests. Thank you CAHYO, GERALDO, TIO, NATASYA. We really enjoy the welcome drink at Lobby Cafe. Fast, Great taste and presentation. Thank you ZATI, My Family and colleagues enjoy the lunch at The Chinese National Restaurant team offer great service in hectic time. Fresh Salad, Fruit, tasty dish, dessert. Thank you ELSY, ANDY,KEISYA, HAURA, ACHMAD, NAZWA, YAHYA for help take photo The alley from lift to the room feel a little bit short for my 6 foot height. I got a main road view to lookout at beautiful Tzu Chi building, a big smart TV (who welcoming other guest name in the TV) and fast internet, comfort bed and pillow, welcome snack. Our room attendant helped us tidy the room fast and clean, actively ask feed back. Thank you ARIEL, FANI. The Pool is 1.2m. ARINA show how to access the towel, sauna, shower room. The pool in the morning has cool refreshing water and guests can enjoy sunrise at the edge ot the pool. Sauna is good, the shower room toggle to switch between two shower. The hotel has a good location, service, and recommended if you want to explore PIK Area and nearby to Airport, I hope it can improve the welcome and TV preparation for a revisit. We loved our first ever stay at Swissotel and considering that it was our first time in Jakarta, they made it an unbeatable standard for our future stays. I wished I could extend my stay there but unfortunately the hotel was fully book. I can see why it is. I appreciate the staffs so much like Benny, Lady (apologies if I spelt it wrong) and friends, and the concierge for giving me an unforgettable experience. Benny for the most wonderful check in experience, suggesting me ideas to do in Jakarta and explaining to me the hotel facilities. Lady and friends for surprising my family with the chocolate cart and cake. My baby ate all of them cus its really yummy. And the concierge team for assisting me to pass my shopping bags to the delivery service, making sure they identify the delivery staff and updating me every movement. We love love love our stay there and will definitely be coming back to Jakarta just for Swissotel itself, not even coming back for shopping. Cant wait to stay there again!

I had a very good stay at Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the overall hotel experience was pleasant. Breakfast was also very good, with good-quality food and a nice selection. I rated my stay 8/10 mainly because of one important safety concern. The bathroom floor was quite slippery, and I actually slipped twice during my stay. Fortunately, I was not seriously injured, but I believe this is something the hotel should take seriously and review, especially in terms of flooring, anti-slip measures, or providing appropriate bath mats. Apart from this safety issue, everything else during my stay was very good. I hope the hotel can address this point, as it would make the overall experience even better and safer for guests.

I had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to the Guest Relations team — Cecil, Regina, Nuri, Aldo, Fesya, Chantiq, Yurike, Sasa, Xena, Lady, Furgon, Irjal, Nina and Ella. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Your hospitality truly made us feel well taken care of. I would also like to give a special mention to Yuda, the Director of Operations. His support and responsiveness were truly exceptional. Even when he was off duty, he was always willing to help whenever we needed anything and was incredibly quick to respond. His genuine care and commitment to making sure guests have a great experience really stood out to me. I also really enjoyed the yoga session with Mas Rhama. The combination of Hatha Yoga and meditation was excellent — such a nice way to relax, recharge and start the day feeling refreshed. I also had the chance to try the spa and enjoyed a one-hour massage with Sarah. She was lovely and the massage was very relaxing — definitely another highlight of my stay. And of course, Summers was another highlight. The food was delicious and the poolside atmosphere was lovely. It was a great place to enjoy a meal and spend quality time with the family. Overall, this was a very enjoyable stay with great service, wonderful facilities, good food and an excellent location connected to PIK Avenue Mall. I would definitely be happy to come back and recommend Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue to others.
