We opted to stay at the Swissotel PIK as it was the closest established hotel to the event we were attending and it was also attached to the mall. We were pleasantly greeted by Bhisma and Jackelin at the front desk and they continued to be such amazing hosts throughout our stay. They provided such hospitable service and amazing recommendations on things to check out in the area. We really appreciate the warmth and friendliness that made us feel right at home. We also loved the fact that each staff was super friendly. The staff at the Purovel Spa was also extremely helpful and nice. The massage and facial services are amazing. We will definitely be back in the future.

1. For the past few times i stay, the shower area still unfix. Quite many rooms are not able to switch in between the overhead shower and handheld shower. The knob switch is broken. It cause the experience of the shower is not pleasant 2. Second, i don't think the house keeping check what items short of supply example the glass drinking bottle last time have 4 bottles - 2 bottles inside the cabinets that put kettle. 2 bottles inside the bathroom area. Right now the one in the cabinets always missing and we have to manually call house keeping to get more bottles 3. The tea bags also not refill, but i lazy to call and ask for it

Breakfast was acceptable, there could me more variety for the dim sum and noodle section, fruits selection could also be improved instead of the usual fruits you serve everyday.Other than that all is good.Room was excellent as I was upgraded to a executive suite
