It was great yet I faced two issue on room 3104, the refrigerator wasn’t working and the second issue is that the sensor in the closet was working all the time which was annoying

Amazing stay! we absolutely loved this hotel. One of the things I appreciated most was having speakers in the room so we could hear the prayers live. We traveled with kids, and Alhamdulillah this feature was especially helpful for our family. The Kaaba view was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more special. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and room service was excellent. The hotel was very family-friendly, and the staff made our stay smooth and enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here again for our next Umrah, insha’Allah.
