I booked a Classic King Bed room with a Kaaba 🕋 view and requested a baby cot. The hotel assigned Room 1529, which offered a perfect view of the Kaaba as soon as we entered. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The housekeeping and room service teams were very helpful, and the room was cleaned well every day. I also received the Member Welcome Tray, which included dates, Saudi coffee, fruits, and pastries. However, this was provided only after I requested it at reception and followed up multiple times. Since the welcome tray is listed among the room amenities on the website, I believe it should be offered proactively by the hotel rather than only upon request. As a 5-star hotel, it would also be a nice gesture to provide a welcome drink or welcome tray to all guests, not only members. One area for improvement is the shower space, which felt quite small (approximately 2 feet wide). The shower’s placement directly opposite the door also made the area feel cramped. A different layout could improve comfort and usability. Overall, the stay was comfortable, the Kaaba view was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
