I recently stayed here for four days on a business trip. The property itself is nice, and the first three days were fine, but the service completely fell apart on my final day. 1. Billing Errors: I extended my stay by one night. I provided my personal card only for a hold and pre-paid the next morning with my corporate card to expedite checkout which the staff agreed. Despite explicit instructions and assurance, they charged my personal card anyway, creating a massive accounting nightmare for me. 2. Inconsistent Policies: When I pre-paid with my corporate card, they refused to give me a receipt/invoice, citing "hotel policy." Yet, later that same day, I watched them hand a "mid-invoice" to another guest for the exact same thing. When confronted, the staff had no explanation. Room Issues: My room key stopped working and required two trips to the front desk and a staff escort to fix. Poor Customer Service: My room was left unserviced with no drinking water. When I called for water, staff told me I had to go buy it from the restaurant because room service was closed, rather than fixing their own mistake. I had to call back and argue with them before they finally sent water up. For such a reputable group and property, the staff is incredibly poorly trained. I expect much better attention to detail, especially regarding corporate billing.

My family and I stayed in two rooms for 5 nights using the family price promo and had a wonderful stay. The staff was extremely accomodating and friendly. The extra ammenities like restocking our complimentary mini fridge and providing a robe and slippers were a very pleasant surprise. Our one complaint was that the hvac never got the room to a temperature that we like to sleep in (about 72 Fahrenheit) as Americans. The entrance and outdoor area were pleasant and tranquil. I always felt like we were very safe. Overall we had a great trip.
