I booked a Premium King room and when I checked in I was given a small room with a very small window off to the side and around a corner looking into an alley. The following morning, I went to the front desk and was shown a room about 1/3 bigger, with many windows and a view. I was told it was a downgrade from the room I booked and if I wanted it, I would not receive a rate reduction. I chose the downgraded Classic Room at the Premium King rate as it was more spacious and had a better view. Then I was checking my folio and I saw I was being charged for breakfast after 6 days even though when I was making the reservation, the ACCOR website said the breakfast was free everyday. I showed management a screen shot of the "extras" page which showed the breakfast was free for EVERYDAY. I got an email from the rooms manager saying "Your travel agent misinformed you about the breakfast being free". I responded to the manager with the screenshot and that I was the travel agent and I made the reservation on the ACCOR travel professionals website. He replied that a fair settlement would be the consumed breakfasts would be free but any breakfast from that point on would be charged EVEN THOUGH THE ACCOR WEBSITE SHOWED ALL THE BREAKFASTS TO BE FREE.
