While the location was good and the rooms are spacious, the services aren’t that great, we didn’t have hot water in the room 2 nights out of 3, and after multiple complaints they tried on the 2nt night at 11.45pm to fix it. The requests also take too long or need multiple follow ups. Other than that, it was okay

The cleanliness was simply not up to standard. Our primary housekeeper, Abdullahi, failed to do even the bare minimum. He consistently left the toilet floors wet and did not make the beds. Every basic request became a struggle, and we regularly had to call reception just to get the apartment hoovered. The only saving grace was a female housekeeper who covered his day off and did a significantly better job. During our stay, the water in the master bedroom toilet turned a disgusting yellow color. Management informed us the hot water tank needed replacement. Instead of offering to move our family to a clean, functioning room, they chose to perform heavy maintenance while we were in the apartment with our children. They broke the toilet wall, replaced the tank, patched the wall, and painted it right in front of us. This was incredibly disruptive and unprofessional. he spacious rooms and convenient location do not make up for the lack of basic cleanliness and poor management decisions during a maintenance emergency. We will not be returning.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The reception team was professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their efficiency and warm hospitality made the check-in and check-out process smooth and enjoyable. A special thanks to Anas for his exceptional customer service. He was courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure all my requests were handled promptly. His genuine care and professionalism truly stood out and made my stay even more memorable.
