We enjoyed our stay at Swissotel Living Al Ghurair Dubai. The spaciousness of the room was perfect for my family. However, in the spirit of providing constructive feedback, I have a few things I want to bring to your attention. 1. Our stay was short and we really had a need to use the washer/dryer but there was no detergent and guest services mentioned that they don’t provide it. This was a little disappointing cause in this trip I stayed at three other places and they had detergent in the room to wash clothes. 2. My kids were jet lagged and had a hard time making it to breakfast at the appointed time. Like my comment above, the other places we stayed at allowed us to take food to the room for my kids but we were told this is not allowed at swissotel. It was a little disappointing cause we were new to the city and still trying to find our way around the city for alternate options. 3. And lastly, the egg station at breakfast was great and we loved it. As for the rest of the food, it smelled and tasted a little different. Again, I want to reiterate, overall our stay was enjoyable except for the few quirks mentioned above. I hope Swissotel will take my feedback into consideration and address these going forward.

Comfortable stay, bed and pillows are great. room is spacious, one call at the house keeping for your need like water, extra pillows or blanket smell of the linen is not that good. Reception/Lobby area is spacious too and receptionist is very approachable. Food at the breakfast buffet is almost same per day, they should also consider the nationality of the guest and prepered at least one cuisine from their country that the guest will enjoy. Location is good and accessible to transportation, groceries & mall.

My overall experience was positive, but I’m puzzled by the policy of expiring welcome drink vouchers after two days of check-in, even if they remain unused. It would be more convenient if they could be used during the entire stay.

Was great … maybe just upgrade ur Kitchen fridge or check if thy working nicely regularly… put dish soap in kitchen also. Rooms was great , always add air freshener in rooms daily, a good smell just makes everything better.
