Our stay at Swissôtel Poiana Brașov was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The hotel is beautifully located in a peaceful setting surrounded by the mountains and nature, making it the perfect place to escape from the busy pace of everyday life. The appartament was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is elegant yet warm, creating a feeling of comfort from the first day until the last. What we appreciated most was the tranquility of the location. Waking up to the fresh mountain air and beautiful views each morning was a special experience. It allowed us to fully recharge and enjoy quality time together. The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Their attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. We spent five wonderful days here and left with beautiful memories. Room was good and clean, front office staff were all amazing, friendly and helpful.we had dinner in the hotels restaurant on 3 occasions, the first 2 occasions were good the 3rd time not so great. I ordered a lasagne which wasn’t very nice it was dry, tasteless and didn’t look like a lasagne to me which was basically 3 layers of pasta and nothing else. We had been out all day so I ate it as I was very hungry but in reality I should have sent it back, I did mention it to the server who gave me a complimentary dessert, if I was to go back I would probably eat out as there are numerous restaurants within a few minutes walk.

This was my second time at this hotel and I am already planning my next. This is my little piece of heaven in Romania. The staff is incredibly accommodating, very friendly, the comfort is of a very hight standard and the restaurant also has wonderful food. I can’t recommend it more!

The rooms are quite big and comfortable. The location is nearby the forest, it has fresh air. The breakfast was good and tasty. But there is lack of things to do at the hotel, you are easily getting bored after the dinner. There is no getting socialized zone in the reception area, at least they can put a chimney and couches in the hotel, not outside the hotel.
