1. Fake advertising: Although I paid for an executive apartment (for 2 pers) and have called before in order to validate the view, I received a cave - mezanin, view of the outdoor parking of Coliba Haiducilor, plus all noise from the pool. 2. Poor quality of front desk service: although I was a dissatisfied customer, I had to call 2 time the reception. Nobody called me back, although i consider this issue should have been treated as critical. 3. No customer centricity: I forgot my sweater in the ap and started calling on Tuesday. Until today, Friday, nobody called me back - i had to call everyday. The teams and people don't communicate and they don't revert to the customer.

I have been in other Swissotels and Sofitel, where the handling of the areas was much better, in the case of this one the Spa Area where we booked for a massage and clearly said it was a no shouting area was filled with kids shouting as they have no other space and of course kids need to be noisy and also have fun, but this ruins the spa treatment as it is not isolated enough to keep it relaxing. Additionally there was no welcome gift in the room as a platinum member I was expecting something as even IBIS and IBIS Budget take care of these kind of things better.

great rooms, too bad the hotel is small and when there are 30 kids around, things go crazy and couples without kids get smashed and nobody cares about them. Kids throwing food, yelling, running. Felt like aqua magic. YOu have 30 rooms or something, just make the hotel adults only at that price level...

The rooms are beautifully designed, modern, and pleasant. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The main downside was the air conditioning. During the summer, the room became very warm, and the small air-conditioning unit was not sufficient for a 60-square-meter, two-room suite.

Nice room, comfortable bed, nice linens, air conditioning was good. Children should not be allowed in the spa area at all, people go there to relax and then you have babies with diapers going in making it very unsanitary and disturbing.
