This was our first trip to the UAE and Dubai and this hotel was perfect for us. The location is so close to the Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain and the Burj Khalifa and this made exploring Dubai easy in the time we had here. The staff we interacted with as well were a real highlight, especially the front of house staff.

Room was really nice, spacious and much more modern that the lobby. Was a bit disappointed to find the water bottles in my room were already opened from a previous guest and was also woken up by the hotel to open my door for an engineer for a blocked shower, however they had called the wrong room. Other than that, the staff were excellent.

This hotel is one of my favorites when travelling anywhere through Dubai. Staff are wonderful and the Hotel with recent upgrades is perfectly located and serves you well.
