Always pleasant. Treated as a VIP always. The hotel is wonderfully maintained and the rooms well equipped. Staff in all areas are wonderful, professional and eager to ensure your stay is pleasant.

My opinion: great location, very nice and friendly staff, office where you can print documents, delicious breakfasts! I came to the hotel for the second time and am extending my stay for the third time because I really like it here.

Had a enjoyable stay. We found showers difficult to operate no signage same with electrical probably a bit to modern for us No milk in fridge got some from dining room ok. We enjoyed a beer at the English pub lovely theme spoilt by awful music we both enjoy music and we thought wrong choice for patrons and the theme. Otherwise we enjoyed stay. Fruze at booking trip counter was great
