The hotel was fine but I wouldn’t give it the five stars it has. We were celebrating our honeymoon and there was zero acknowledgement of it or anything special. The view from our room was dumpsters. We got dinner at the restaurant which was very slow and our medium rare stake was medium well. It’s a fine hotel but I wouldn’t recommend it as a first choice.

Swissôtel Tbilisi was definitely one of the best choices I made during my stay in Tbilisi. The location is excellent, with many of the city’s main attractions within easy reach, as well as a great selection of restaurants and cafés nearby. Although the hotel lobby is relatively small, Swiss Café adds a wonderful atmosphere to the property. It became one of my favorite parts of the hotel. The café has a relaxing and elegant setting, excellent service, very good coffee, and an impressive selection of pastries and desserts. The room was very comfortable, well designed, and equipped with everything I needed. I particularly appreciated the espresso machine and tea-making facilities, as well as the good-sized refrigerator. The bathroom was spacious, modern, and very clean, with fresh towels and a good range of amenities, including shaving supplies, toothbrushes, and a shower cap. I also liked that the shower area was separate from the toilet. Storage space was excellent, with a large wardrobe, an ironing board, and a modern and easy-to-use safe for personal belongings. Housekeeping was consistent, well organized, and maintained the room to a very good standard throughout my stay. The hotel’s restaurants also deserve a mention, as the quality of the food was excellent. The gym was another highlight. It is modern, spacious, very well designed, and offers a great variety of equipment. The spa was also impressive, with reasonable prices considering the quality of the hotel and facilities. Finally, the staff at reception were welcoming, friendly, and very efficient. Everything was clearly explained upon arrival, and the entire check-in process took only a few minutes. Check-out was even quicker and took around two minutes. Overall, my experience at Swissôtel Tbilisi was excellent from beginning to end. The combination of location, comfort, facilities, cleanliness, food, and especially the quality of service made this a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely choose Swissôtel Tbilisi again on my next visit to the city and would happily recommend it to others.

Special thanks to Nika who was always helpful and very friendly and to Mariam as well whose welcoming smile added to our stay. The breakfast was very good and so was the service. We will definitely return to this hotel.
