It is a great hotel .Hotel staff are very professional very polite and helpful. Housekeeping staff working excellent. Hygiene is excellent cleaning is excellent. Hotel Management Reception staff are excellent. Security is very high. Restaurants Beach Bar Restaurants are highly recommended very delicious and clean . Breakfast is excellent. Beach service and breakfast services are excellent. Buggy service super easy and fast and safe . Buggy staff are very professional. Hotel Cordinator And Reservation Manager are very professional and helpful. Swissotel Living Gundogan is the BEST BEST in Bodrum!!! Beautiful hotel with great staff

Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Mr. Fatih, who assisted us with his usual warmth and sincerity. Shortly after, Ms. Emine from Cafe Swiss served our welcome drinks. Her smiling face and friendly hospitality made us feel right at home from the very first moment. We completed our check-in process while sitting down and sipping our drinks against a magnificent view.Afterwards, Mr. Ökkeş accompanied us to our room. Thanks to his top notch service and attention to detail, we had a wonderful, heartfelt conversation about our travel plans. We were also delighted to find out that our room had been upgraded!Location-wise, the hotel is very close to Yalıkavak. Although the Kızılburun area can be a bit windy, the beach itself doesn't get much wind due to its position, and they are currently working on expanding the beach area. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. We have full confidence that Executive Chef Murat will be creating wonders throughout the entire season. They made our 3 day early season getaway absolutely perfect and bid us a warm farewell as we left. A huge thank you to everyone!

Service and care were particularly good. Architecture is unique and pleasing to look at as well as the breathtaking scene from room balcony. Food was good but severely lacking diversity during off-season.

Hotel Staff were amazing and very attentive! Amenities were great; we were even graced with an upgrade! a truly beautiful hotel. Unfortunately could not give full marks as there were quite a few restrictions due to us staying when the season was ending. Also wished breakfast had abit more variety
