Second time I was here for a convention. Quiet at night, clean and well-appointed. Nice staff, great food. Close to everything I needed and a decent distance from the train station.

housekeeping service was terrible; didn't replace used coffee cups or drinking glasses. I left the empty conditioner bottle on the counter and they didn't bother to fill it or put it back into the shower. the bathroom was old and dirty; room air conditioning was inefficient

I needed an early check in or extend my stay a day early during a heavy conference week and the Chicago Marathon. The team worked diligently to accommodate me and consistently communicated with me throughout the process. They were able to extend my stay and included a note with the front desk of the extra day even though I was not going to check in until the next day. I will tell everyone about this, thank you.

The service was excellent and the staff were professional and kind and very accommodating. My daughter's stuffed bunny was accidentally picked up with linens and the staff went above and beyond to recover BunBun! I cannot tell you how much that meant to my daughter and me. The rooms are a bit aged, but they were very clean and housekeeping was terrific.

I was upgraded to an enormous and beautiful room with 2 bathrooms, multiple closets, and a separate sitting room. The view was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The gym was great and everything worked well at the conference I attended.
