I am only worried about the rates I understand some months there are peak season and to say I am a corporate client but always when I see the actual rate and the corporate rates it’s not much difference I have always stayed at Swiss hotel for the past 15 years.Please consider next time for the rates.

Just an average experience, the room service was pathetic, had to specifically ask for dental kit. When asked for bucket on request we were told we will get it even after multiple followups no bucket was provided. Same with drinking water, the drinking water was not provided even after asking

It was nice except for the fact that the cleaner on our floor (the 12th floor) kept asking us when we were going to checkout besides us being there for a week.
