I had a wonderful stay at Swissotel from 2 to 3 May. The experience was truly enjoyable from start to finish. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional—everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and comfortable. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always greeting us with genuine smiles and a readiness to help. Their thoughtful approach made a real difference, as they paid attention to small details that enhanced our stay. The food was also excellent, offering a high quality options that added to the overall experience. it was it the executive lounge which I truly liked the calm atmosphere of it, suitable for reading a book. Overall, it was a memorable stay thanks to the combination of cleanliness, outstanding service, and the kindness of the employees. I would definitely recommend Swissotel and look forward to visiting again.

MY STAY IN THE HOTEL WAS GENERALLY GOOD. HOWEVER, PLEASE REVIEW THE LOCATION OF THE AC IN THE ROOM. IT WAS HITTING MY FACE DIRECTLY, WHICH WAS ANNOYING, AND I DID NOT HAVE PROPER SLEEP THE WHOLE NIGHT.

The only good thing is the view First i got the room one hour late The ace wasnt woring well it was hot i called them about they said would send someone but they didnt i called again the next day and when they come they said they fixed but at night the temperature went to 25 i couldnt sleep and breath I even checked out @ 8 am cuz of it Last thing when i ordered from snoon they brought it to the room next day they said its against our policy I booked fro A. weekend getaway and to relax but it was the opposite I would never come back again
