Enjoyed our stay. Great view from our room. Very comfortable bed. The lounge was very well stocked. We really loved the party pies.

We only stayed one night, although would have loved to stay longer. I would like to thank Maanwick for his excellent customer service.

There are not enough elevators to service the entire hotel especially during busy periods. Elevator needs to be repaired and split elevators to go to certain floors only. The bar also closed to early.

When Yuta on reception responded "good question" to "what is the cuisine of 10 Stories?" I felt something was not right. The next 15 hours before departure proved equally shambolic. --Empty minibar. --Decomissioned lift with 'coy' advice plate. --Room phone which simply rung out when not re-routed to the outsourced spa. --Inability without a farce to buy mineral water to quaff in my room. --Inability to raise attention of Arches' wait staff; in any case, "why aren't they paying attention" is mores the point. --A colleague's check rung up 4 beers on 2 ordered. --Slack, overly casual, table service on a $300 dinner in a near-empty dining room. --No sense of arrival or departure among the concierge team (pokey entrance vistibule does not help. In summary, here's the deal: The hotel is really now just rooms for let in a serviced apartment mode, and not a "service-rich" environment expected. It is clear the staff is cobbled together and heavily casualized, and has token if any inculcation before let loose on guests. None was rude, but most were wildly ineffective. It was not Fawlty Towers, but it was a farce neverthless. Was Manuel off for the day! For an Accor-managed property, I was quite shocked. Is that the best their fees and systems can deliver at the guest interface. Wow.

Great location and well appointed, spacious room. Our 3 night Christmas break was excellent with great proximity to shopping precinct, dining and show across the road.
