Amazing service and facilities

Swissotel staff made our experience unforgettable - from Olzhas at Guest Relations, Nurai and Sanzhar at Quarter restaurant, to wellness receptionists and pool lifeguard! Everyone were super friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed. The rooms were ready for early check in, and everything was nice and clean. Food at pool bar and room service was exceptional. Quarter restaurant offered even more exquisite cuisines and overall setup was great. Restaurant staff was very flexible and supportive regarding all our extra requests (we needed a private space for dining and extra tables for an art class, also we asked for some decoration for tables and a space for a photo booth - everything was set up upon our request).

Great trip

Fantastic and unique resort with great ammenities. Very friendly and helpful staff with great language skills. Excellent dining options, great value for money. Would defiantly visit again. Slight issue with airport transfer, got fined for keeping driver waiting which was out of my control… would use Yandex go next time instead, cheaper and better cars. Consider more options for draft but beer, but other than that can’t complain!
