Beautiful hotel and staff could not be more helpful

I had a wonderful stay at the Swissotel in Almaty. The grounds are beautiful, rooms are spacious and the views of the mountains take your breath away. The staff couldn’t be more helpful or friendly and always introduced themselves. The staff in the Kazakh restaurant were particularly great, explaining in detail all of the dishes and making recommendations. I also had an excellent facial at the spa and felt very comfortable and welcome throughout my stay.

Katrina Swissotel Experience

I adored the Bedroom. Everyone I would wake up inspired by the extravagant views of the Almaty Mountains—the treasure of Kazakhstan. The food was good. I want to express my gratitude as the experience has strengthened my bonds because good environments create good discussions.
