Good stay

Hotel compound is really so big. Special very nice indoor swimming pool with warm water. Rooms are good and clean. View is very nice but it’s away from the city. Only 20 minutes drive. Very very less vegetarian food is available. And no Indian food. So many Indians can stay in that location. Lovely and very beautiful. Good👍👍

Beautiful Resort

Really enjoyed the stay in the Swissotel Resort. The place is really beautiful and spacious. The view of the mountains from the hotel room was soothing. The view of the mountains from the lake was breathtaking. Amenities were very good.

Amazing service and facilities

Swissotel staff made our experience unforgettable - from Olzhas at Guest Relations, Nurai and Sanzhar at Quarter restaurant, to wellness receptionists and pool lifeguard! Everyone were super friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed. The rooms were ready for early check in, and everything was nice and clean. Food at pool bar and room service was exceptional. Quarter restaurant offered even more exquisite cuisines and overall setup was great. Restaurant staff was very flexible and supportive regarding all our extra requests (we needed a private space for dining and extra tables for an art class, also we asked for some decoration for tables and a space for a photo booth - everything was set up upon our request).
