And Keke if im not mistaken ( hostes at Embers) during my dinner and all the staff, concierge and housekeeping team who prepared my room. I had such a wonderful stay at Swissôtel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan and truly want to appreciate all the amazing staff who made this experience unforgettable. First of all, I would like to mention Rio from the Operator team. Since I was traveling with my baby, I had many requests and questions before arrival, and Rio was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Everything had already been perfectly arranged before I arrived, which made our stay feel very comfortable and stress-free from the beginning. During check-in, I was assisted by Arsya, who was very kind, cheerful, and welcoming. My luggage was also handled by Mr. Sazily from Concierge, who was extremely friendly and thoughtful. What surprised me the most was how beautifully my room had been decorated by the GRO and Housekeeping team. Special shout out to Ray, Kiki, Arsya, Vanessa, Dhini, and Suta for preparing such a lovely setup for my stay. I stayed in Room 2005, the One Bedroom Apartment, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. The room was incredibly spacious and fully equipped with a living room, bathtub, kitchen, refrigerator, coffee machine, rice cooker, dishwasher, and even a washing machine. I was so happy to experience this level of comfort in a five-star hotel. The mirror decoration wording was absolutely beautiful, and I also received a delicious chocolate cake and a baby box for my child, which was such a thoughtful touch. The Room Service team was also excellent — always on time whenever I needed assistance. During check-out, Ray and Kiki assisted me warmly with such cheerful energy, making the experience end perfectly. The facilities were also amazing: gym, adult pool, kids pool, and jacuzzi. My 6-month-old baby was even able to enjoy the shallow pool safely and happily. Special thanks to Mr. Dena, the Pool Attendant, who was very attentive and kind to us during our time at the pool — even giving complimentary popcorn, which was such a sweet gesture. Every single staff member I met was genuinely warm and friendly. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. I truly hope I can come back again very soon.

Thank you to the staff at the front desk who made every effort to get me the room I wanted. The coffee and tea provided in the room were excellent, so I didn't need to order any more. The room was clean and comfortable for a good night's rest, with all the amenities.
