I had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making my stay very relaxing. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Thank you for the great hospitality—I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Had a good stay for a short business trip. As always, I enjoyed the facilities (gym and sauna), breakfast, and the food options around the area. Special shoutout to Dhini, who previously helped me to resolve some issue I had with my Accor status nights. She happened to be the duty manager who processed my check-in this time around, I was glad to finally be able to put a face to the name of the person who helped me, and she also took the time to share about the other perks I was about to get from having my status bumped to the next tier. Thank you Dhini for your customer service - It's these little things that make a trip memorable, and that would keep guests loyal to the brand!

This is my 2nd and 3rd stay at this hotel. Staff are friendly, check in and out was smooth. Some minor issues : 1. No vegetarian option for refreshment vouchers 2. Some of the F&B staff need to be more attentive otherwise all good. Ms Maulina at breakfast was great she enhanced the guest experience. 3. Mr Fauzia at check in went out of his way to enhance the check in and check out process. Housekeeping was great kudos to them.

Spend the whole night stay at incredibile room with city light view. The staff really nice especially Mrs. Mega from housekeeping really assist me during stay, thank you so much and will comeback again
