I enjoyed my stay at Swissôtel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan. It was my first time staying here, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, well-designed, and equipped with everything I needed. It truly felt like a peaceful escape from the hustle of Jakarta. My favorite facility was definitely the jacuzzi. I absolutely loved it!

Shout out to Swissotel living jakarta mega kuningan team for their warm and pleasant service!! The staff is very friendly, especially kak Vanessa and kak Ray who are very attentive and helpful during my stay here. Thank you for a beautiful mirror art, cute towel art and a welcome cake that very delicious. Please keep the friendliness and kindness of your staff because i think this hotel offered a very memorable hospitality during my stay here. Also, The room is very clean and comfortable, the equipment in the room is very complete because there is an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine. And i got a room with best view from the room i stay, i can see jakarta citylight from above. The swimming pool, the jacuzzi, the sauna, the gym is very clean and comfortable. I love the view from jacuzzi at night. Highly recommended for families who want a short vacation without having to go far because this place has many fun things without even having to leave the hotel. Definitely will recommend this hotel to my family and my friend. Once again thank you swissotel living jakarta mega kuningan for the hospitality!!

Helpful kind courteous staff that keeps me coming back. Housekeeper wrote me a note that he placed 2 extra bottles of water as he noticed i consume lots of medicine. I am so touched. My experience has always been flawless except when i had to deal with the corporate sales person that is so annoying
