The staff was extremely helpful and agreed to all my requests. The resort is beatuiful and had all amenities required for the stay. We enjoyed the hamam and sauna access. The spa massage however was not upto the mark. There was noise during my massage and the massage itself though done professionally, could have been better. I have had much better massages in India Malaysia and Thailand.

Beautiful resort, great aménités. On the downside - the rooms are little dated, but comfortable overall.
