Thank you for asking for our feedback. Overall, we truly appreciated the hotel’s excellent location, beautiful surroundings, and the warm, welcoming attitude of your staff. These elements made a wonderful first impression. However, there was one major issue that unfortunately affected our comfort and overall experience. During our stay, the air conditioning system was completely turned off in all rooms. The temperature inside became quite warm at night, and despite the manager’s kind effort to move us to another room, it remained uncomfortable, and we couldn’t sleep well. We understand that the system may be operated seasonally, but we believe that giving guests some control over room temperature would make a big difference. People’s tolerance to heat varies, and limiting this option removes an important element of personal comfort and the individualized touch expected from a hotel of your high standard. It’s unfortunate, as everything else about the stay was excellent and could have made it one of our most enjoyable experiences. We hope this feedback helps improve the comfort of future guests.

I always say Swiss Brands in Turkey specially for their fabulous breakfast. Breakfast was not buffet and with very poor menu. They charged buffet price but service poor menu. They didn’t mention that out of season they don’t serve wide variety when we were booking.
