Warm staff although a little more training is required. For example a junior checked us in and gave us the wrong number for the floor of our room. Restaurant service was excellent even during Peak Breakfast time. Concierge was very helpful. Of the twenty times we entered the hotel maybe thrice the doorman opened the car door or helped with the bags. The room had glitches such as TV came on while no one touched the remote and the night lights were tooooo sensitive and came on when we tossed in bed.

Great stay! Lovely room! Breakfast was great! All staff were amazing a. helpful. Srikant checked us in a. out a. does his job with pride. Duke was the most kindest man who looked after me whilst my husband was working. Anything I needed, Duke organised it a. greeted me every day, remembering my name a. was just lovely. Thank you to ALL the staff at the hotel.
