From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staffs truly took great care of us and made everything feel special. Also a special thanks to Hsu at the reception, the staffs working on the 15th floor and at the restaurant during breakfast time who were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. It was one of the best stays we've ever had. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and beautifully designed. The location is perfect, lively and close to everything, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Everything from the service to the atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was truly an unforgettable experience, and we would 100% choose to come again on our next trip.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Al Ghurair Swissôtel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We were traveling with our 6-month-old child, and everyone was so friendly and kind to him, which made us feel very comfortable as parents. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the location is ideal with direct access to the mall and nearby transport. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and we highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to all staff, specially to Ye Phone & Shovana to take care of of us every morning during the breakfast. I also would like to recomed the high tea at the Yasmine longe, Hema and Me me made our experience unforgettable!
