i wasn’t satisfied at all, i was booked for classic room and you guys gave me the apartment one bed room, i was alone in the room and felt so lonely in the big aprtment. when i booked for classic room you should informed me the hotel is closed. that’s poor commitment on your side. i want a full refund of my booking as i was force to stay in the room i didn’t book for
