Good Apartment but should improved have washing machine but no softoner to wash the clothes i stay many hotel apartment they gove you softoner to wash clothes for free

Had a very nice staycation at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. The facilities were good and the food was tasty. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Would definitely visit again.

Very pleased as usual to to stay in this Hotel again. Felt like home. Safe, clean, comfortable and happy and helpful staff. The staff at the front desk downstairs on the ground floor were fantastic. Always ready to help. I am particularly impressed when I asked for a room change because of minor water leakage and the maintenance technician came and told the lady at the reception desk that it will take a little while to fix the leak. I was promptly moved to another room. SWISSOTEL LIVING remains my top go to in Dubai since 2018. I will stay there again and I believe shortly on my way to London or USA.
