My stay at Swissôtel The Bosphorus was a truly outstanding experience. From the very first moment, everything reflected a high level of professionalism and genuine hospitality. A special thanks to Mr. Ozcun at the reception for his welcoming attitude and smooth, efficient check-in, which made a great first impression. The room was in excellent condition, and the Bosphorus view added a remarkable touch to the overall experience. The Executive Lounge was equally impressive, offering a calm atmosphere and consistently attentive service. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Gizem Kekezoğlu. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care truly stood out. She demonstrated a high level of attention to detail and made the entire experience feel smooth, personalized, and well-coordinated from the very beginning. Her support made a meaningful difference, and she is truly an asset to the team and deserving of special recognition. Overall, the experience was excellent, and Swissôtel The Bosphorus continues to stand out as my preferred choice in Istanbul within the Accor group. I look forward to returning again.

I had an absolutely exceptional stay, and I cannot speak highly enough about the incredible service provided by Zeynab, the manager, and Meric at reception. From the moment I arrived, they both went far above and beyond to make my experience truly memorable. Zeynab’s professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding, she made me feel genuinely valued as a guest and ensured everything was perfectly arranged throughout my stay. Meric was equally impressive, welcoming me with genuine friendliness and efficiency, making the entire check-in process seamless and stress-free. His attentiveness and willingness to help with anything I needed truly stood out. As an Accor member, I was especially grateful for the recognition and thoughtful perks, which elevated my experience even further. It’s rare to come across such a high level of genuine hospitality, and both Zeynab and Meric are a true credit to the team. I left feeling extremely happy, well taken care of, and already looking forward to my next visit!

I had a very pleasant stay at Swissôtel The Bosphorus in Istanbul and would definitely recommend it. The location is excellent — right by the Bosphorus, with beautiful views and convenient access to key areas of the city. The hotel itself is elegant, well-maintained, and offers a very comfortable atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. It included everything I needed for a comfortable stay: an ironing set, coffee machine, and kettle. Complimentary bottled water was replenished daily, which I really appreciated. There was also a safe in the room, plenty of storage space, and a sufficient number of hangers — a detail that is often overlooked but makes a real difference. I also liked that the bathroom amenities included separate shampoo and conditioner rather than a 2-in-1 product — a small but important touch. The staff were extremely professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, прогулок (walks), and shopping, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was varied and of very good quality, with plenty of options for different tastes. Overall, despite the cold and rainy weather during my stay, the hotel made the experience enjoyable and relaxing. I would gladly return.

Absolutely love this place, especially since I got our little daughter. Everyone is so friendly, our little one feels welcomed, she‘s got space to move, she loves the pool, the garden. And when she‘s welcomed and satisfied, we automatically have the best holiday and come back again and again! The hotel is so perfectly located, the food is wow! The various restaurants all have their specialty and ambiance! It‘s simply perfect for us! The friendly staff is basically what makes us come back again and again!
