After our recent stay at this truly beautiful hotel last September, we couldn’t wait to return and during the festive season it was even more magical. The stunning decorations, both inside and outside, created such a wonderful atmosphere. And the scent throughout the hotel was simply delightful; I could honestly spend hours just sitting in the lobby. This is without a doubt one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Special compliments go to Gorkem, Ali, Gulsah, Oznur and Emre from the Executive Lounge, all outstanding in their service and kindness. Hasan from the lobby café also deserves recognition, and what an absolute asset Lauretta, the hostess, is. Her sparkling, fresh and genuinely warm personality makes you feel instantly welcome and truly valued as a guest. We had such lovely conversations with her. The lobby café served the best festive special hot chocolate I have ever tasted, an absolute highlight of the season. Our room was immaculately cleaned every single day by an incredibly friendly and service-oriented gentleman from Indonesia. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but we stayed in room 963 from December 9th to 15th, and his care did not go unnoticed. The spa was excellent as well and gave me a deep sense of calm and relaxation. Naturally, special compliments are also due to General Manager Utkan Gulacti for leading this hotel and his team so exceptionally well. We truly cannot wait to return again next year.
