This was our second stay in recent times and we were very pleased both times. The hotel's architecture is well thought out, the rooms are spacious the bathrooms well designed and probably all the rooms have sea view. The fundamentals are important but what makes a hotel is the people. There are several we would like to mention. Starting from Ozcan bey at the reception, he was extremely kind and two days later when we went to ask him something he remembered our names. That's rare. Our first evening we went to the Roof Bar for some light snacking. The food was excellent but we remembered the kindness of Kumru hanim who declined to up-sell stuff and guided us to optimal choices. At the executive lounge, we should mention the director Yunus Emre bey, who made us feel welcome both in the mornings and the evenings. The chef Ahmet Karakusoglu not only introduced us as his extended family but prepared amazing plates as if we actually were his family. Gorkem was as thoughtful as ever, so were Eren, Berker, Ozan, and Oznur. They (especially Eren) made a note of our preferences and remembered them throughout our stay. For house keeping Servet hanim made sure we had a nice and clean room and worked unobtrusively around our schedule. In our previous stay it was Fatih bey for house keeping and he also di a great job. The 9 rating is for the overall experience as we would have liked a slightly better drink and hot meal selection at the lounge and perhaps a 5:30-7:30 hours. But if we were to rate our experience based on the people the hotel would get full marks.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived, and every employee I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and professional. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made my stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely return in the future.

My room was lovely! With the full windows overlooking tge Bosphorus, my morning tea was magnificent. The room had an access to the executive lounge, so my breakfasts were quiet. The food was of the superb quality. All the staff that I encountered were extremely professional and polite.
