Make-Shift Lobby & Reception with not adequate staff. I have stayed many times in this hotel and this time was unpleasantly different. I understand the hotel is under renovation but no-one offered help with my luggages when I entered the hotel with my hands full. There is no marked line for the check in area and front desk staff helps whomever jumps to the desk first. I had to wait 10 minutes to check in. Also, there was also a line for the breakfast, also hard to find a server to order drinks.

Good, but could be better. I found two tea sachet bags inside the kettle that was in my room, maybe it was from previous guest, very unpleasant situation. In one of the days of my stay, a company driver brought me to the front of the hotel and the hotel staff came to him quite aggressively with his words saying that car should not park in that space, as the space was reserved for guests.... the staff forgot I was one of the hotel guests? the driver shouldn't be treated that way, everybody deserves to be treated fairly. no coffee sachet replacement...for such expensive hotel I was expecting a different approach in this regard specially with our company driver.

Not possible to rest and sleep. Staying more than 2 weeks in a suite. First 3 nights garden party with loud music until midnight. Then a lobby renovation noise began straight after and now parti nights at the top of A block with banging music, unbelievable. It’s more of a party central then a hotel
