The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and most of all I commended all the staff were consistently professional, warm, and attentive throughout my stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Every request was handled promptly, and the concierge team was truly amazing, helpful, welcoming and courteous. A special shout-out to Mr. Fahmi, whose professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out. His support made a big difference to our experience. He is such a blessing. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is elegant yet comfortable, with excellent facilities and a great location. I truly felt well taken care of and would highly recommend Swissôtel PIK to anyone looking for a high-quality, memorable stay. I would definitely return.

Everything was good. From main door to reception to room and breakfast. Only issue is the mosquito at the lobby.

The services was great, the room is modern and clean, and the breakfast was good. The only thing to nitpick maybe the complementary snack that was given is rather stale tasting.
