** check in time at 18:00 was too long, despite being tired from travel, I was waiting for the reception to explain unnecessary details for the previous one more than 15-20 minutes, laughing and discussing the breakfast choices, and the choices of good salon for the wife.. still there was a person waiting before me! When I ask the reception if I can leave and go to other hotel, she was rude in response. ** During check out, I informed the reception that I didn’t use the breakfast and if it was possible to return the amount for breakfast will be appreciated, he said it is not possible. I told him to discuss it with the manager because I paid for 2 days breakfast and didn’t have it in the 2 days, he told me will contact me later because I was in a hurry for my flight. No one contacted me.

The room was comfortable. But there was a lighting issue inside the room (the table light was flashing, the wardrobe light was not turning off, and sunlight was coming in because the curtain did not fit well). I couldn't sleep well because of the light.

We stayed in a two room suite/apartment which was spacious, clean, and bright. The bathrooms are bright and clean and there is room to move. The beds are very comfortable with the right comforters/duvets. The suite also has a kitchenette and come with a washing machine which is very helpful.
