selection of homemade, sumptuous ice creams and sorbets. Our ultra-talented chef, Hossam
Eissa, is an enthusiastic and dedicated chef who has been with Accor for over 14
years. The chef’s culinary excellence has been presented and experienced in
many well-known outlets across Egypt, France, Dubai, Oman and Saudi Arabia. His
passion in the field is beautifully reflected in all dishes he serves.
