We had a truly wonderful experience at Swissotel with my family. From the warm welcome to the excellent service, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were comfortable and elegant, the facilities were outstanding, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. It was the perfect place to relax and create beautiful family memories. We highly recommend Swissotel and look forward to visiting again.

I'm unpleasantly surprised about dinner. at the reception they told me that I would be able to pay extra for the buffet dinner, which was not the case. we had to have dinner in an ala cart restaurant

New and modern hotel beautifuly desiened. We enjoyed the pool , the souna , the breakfest , the staff are friendly. I highly recommend this hotel

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Decor was amazing. Food was too good. Loved the Gnocci and Caprese salad with Olive oil sorbet. The swimming pool and spa was not working. They should mention it while booking. Also the TV had only Youtube. The hotel network didn't allow to watch Netflix. You cannot connect with your phone which is very basic and we found it in small apartments even. So you expect that in such big hotel. After the shower, the bathroom becomes wet as the shower door is not fully closed.
