It was a wonderful umrah trip and swissotel makkah reception on the ground floor made going back and forth masjidil haram very convenient. The little cafe at the reception served the best salads and sandwiches at comparable prices ❤️

It was our first time staying at the swissotel Makkah. I was really blown away by the level of kindness, attention & service. Just want to thank all of the Staff , including the managers that we interacted with too many to mention.👏👏 Our Hotel room had full unbelievable view of the Kaaba. No issues with lifts as separate from the main Mall in the tower :) The room was spacious & beds very comfy, a First class choice if you want easy access to Haram/ gate 79 Check in & check out was super smooth & easy. Definitely give them a 10/10 for our 7 day stay in Makkah. Would definitely book again!

This was my third stay at this hotel during Umrah, and once again it exceeded expectations. The location near the Haram, with a stunning view of the Kaaba, makes it truly special and convenient for worship. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I also enjoyed the meals provided at the executive lounge, which added an extra layer of comfort. The welcome drink and food upon arrival were a warm and thoughtful gesture. Housekeeping was thorough and attentive, and the concierge service was outstanding-always helpful and attentive. Overall, the combination of warm hospitality, excellent dining, and unbeatable location keeps me coming back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Makkah.

Very happy with our stay, loved the location direct access our to haram, direct access to the clock tower, staff is very helpful. It’s busy like any hotel in the area. I wouldn’t say we had any issues.

Alhamdulillah. It was an enjoyable moment while stayed in ur hotel with the great hospitality. Thumbs up to ur dedicated & pleasant team always with their sweet smile greeted us asking how's our day. The location was easy access but very difficult for us to get uber. The surprise cake provided by your team in conjunction with our anniversaries, really made our day. Our last point was reserved for the breakfast menu. As we are fm Asian, we are hoping at least every day got 1 menu clicked to our mother tonged. We enjoyed the International breakfast but there's an area of improvement or enhancement in term of taste and flavour that the kitchen team may works for. I've seen no other protein besides eggs, sausages or chicken with tomato sauce daily. InsyaAllah, we will keep Swissotel in our next Umrah list.
