Overall I loved the location and the kaabaa view from room even though it was not as centered as I would have loved but still amazing. The fact that I can pray gama3a with the haram in my room was epic. The hotel is also well kept for such large volumes of guests flowing. I did not however like that on the first night I was given a room different than what I ordered and everyone I complained to tried to convince me I was wrong and handed me to another person to address my concern. I had to insist on changing the room to what I actually ordered. I still feel a bit sore about that I was not even offered a compensation for that first night. I also didn’t like that I had to walk miles to have breakfast though I can imagine why it had to be like that given the volumes of guests in all seasons. Overall, I would like to stay again and would recommend to others.

I would appreciate if the kabah was more visible as my booking was haram view rooms.

Fantastic location, close to haram and all amenities. Good Customer service we had early checkout so breakfast was delivered to our room at 3am which was perfect. Only had 1 issue at the lounge which was part of junior suite perk . Only 1 drink allowed per person which I found insulting especially if its a free food lounge. First day as we had completed umra we looked exhausted. The staff did not treat us well no Customer service and I felt very degraded as I think we were judged on our appearance. Once I complained to Accor guest relations the service the next 3 days was wonderful. However its a lesson the staff should learn. And how crazy is it to restrict 1 drink of tea or soda per person in a lounge.
