Since I made my reservation, I feel the staff are friendly and they try to give me excellent service the same when check in and check out also the room was beautiful specially the view to A. haram and Kabba.

I booked through the website , i reserved a 3-bed room for me and my family with breakfast included . However, in the booking it didnt require me to mention how many people are staying in the room. At check in the receptionist told me breakfast is for 1 guest each day. This is unreasonable!! I booked a 3-bed room so breakfast should be for 3 guest! No cooperation was found from the receptionist and it rewind my whole experience since i had to make further arrangements for my family’s breakfast when im travelling with a full schedule.

Front desk very tough during check in, if you late check out they will charge you!
