From the start , Bellboy was helpful and respectful, reception Ms. Raghad was great , however, when we went to the room, the bad experience started with housekeeping, when we requested for prayer mat by phone , a housekeeper went in the room without knocking asking do you want a prayer mat ??!! , along with that the kettle & fridge were both broken and the electric output was also not working , which needed a technician to fix it , so we spent the first hour with maintenance workers coming and getting out of the room while we should rest after our flight. Manager on duty came and addressed our complaints and he apologized. However, this affected our overall experience as a first time .

I had a wonderful stay at swissôtel al Maqam makkah . The location is excellent and very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall , it was a pleasent experience .
