Our stay at swissotel al Maqam Makkah was absolutely amazing from comfort to luxury! The easy side access to masjid al haram made it very easy to go to prayers! Swissotel being on P5 and food courts on P4 and P3 of clock tower made it even easier for food if the lifts were busy it was only 2 escalator ride up from p4 so we did not need to wait around at all! It really was the perfect luxurious stay especially with my daughter she is really missing her stay at swissotel Maqam Makkah it made her enjoy and love visiting masjid al haram even more.

On our first day, we experienced severe discomfort as painting was being done on our floor. The fumes were so intense that my mother and I suffered from irritated eyes and nasal congestion. On the second day, the toilet flush malfunctioned, resulting in water running. When the plumber arrived, instead of fixing the issue, he handed me a document stating we had to vacate the room by 12:00 with no possibility of an extension. Last but not least, I used to truly love this place, which makes this experience highly disappointing."
