I did not receive the two double beds I had booked for. Did not see that terms and conditions speed the hotel to swap it for a triple single bed room. We were a family of 4 so this was a little bit difficult

My stay was good, but it would be perfect if the hotel had some renovation, the wooden furniture and bathroom needs to be refurnished.

Location is excellent Walk to Haram was very good that we didn't need to pass through the mall Even during busy times, the lifts were quick Rooms were modern and had all amenities well serviced

I stayed in this hotel twice with my wife, both stays have been excellent, the service is outstanding, the staff are brilliant, the room we had in both stays was spacious, modern, clean and fully equipped with everything. The porters on arrival and departure particularly Nassim are just so happy to help, the guys in reception would give you an answer for everything, the food in the Al Khayrat restaurant is varied and different every day at breakfast and dinner, I would definitely stay there again.
