Needs more lifts per floor

It takes ages to get in and out due to the lifts being so busy

Good location and comfortable stay

Our experience with Swiss hotel makkam was very good we enjoyed the breakfast very much very good variety of food House keeping was done regularly Special credit to Tanvir who regularly asked if we needed anything Would stay here again ان شاء الله
