Overall all good, courteous staf but quite hectic and sometimes staf find it difficult to manage promptly.

The Swissotel is well located but unfortunatley uncomfortable, I have booked two rooms and one of the room cause to my kids got sick due to ventilation issue, all the wash room smell come to bedroom and there were no ventilation, that's why room enviorment very bad, my two kids got flue and fever due to room conditions, bathroom doesn't have full shower wall and water come to outside from shower area in both bath rooms. I am really disapointed the services of the Swissotel.

I had a very good experience staying at the hotel. Everything was very nice, from the welcoming atmosphere to the overall comfort. The staff were polite, helpful, and made the stay pleasant. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax. Overall, it was an enjoyable and satisfying stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to others
