Toilets shower giving extreme high pressure but with high temperature water and very low pressure water with low temperature ! Doors ramming terribly, noise, nuisance & disturbing others from sleeping peacefully. Rooms not near or interconnected.

we had a good stay... the swissotel al maqam had a private lift access to the Masjidil haram which make it easy for us to commute back and forth on every prayer times. easy check in n check out process. thank you for good service.
