1) Hotel is located very closer to Haram. 2) I had booked 2 rooms and both were good. 3) Reception and room service team were always polite and prompt with their services. 4) Special thanks to Room service/ House keeping team - Manager Javed Shaikh, Asst. Manager Khader Shariff & Supervisor Majid Gaffar for taking ownership and asking us daily, if anything was required.Excellent customer centricity displayed. 5) One feedback is to improve communication skills of customer service team , as they don't understand English and dont speak English well over the phone. Before my arrival to the hotel i had tried connecting with the customer services and faced difficulties due to communication barrier. 6) Reception team was able to understand and speak English very well.

Since I made my reservation, I feel the staff are friendly and they try to give me excellent service the same when check in and check out also the room was beautiful specially the view to A. haram and Kabba.

At the beginning; The reception staff and guest services were very respectful and polite. However: • The room check-in took 20 minutes despite the booking and advance payment. • I booked 3 rooms, but I was given only 2 on time, while the third room took 2 hours and 43 minutes (after 6 PM). I may not repeat the experience due to concerns about booking a room and receiving it late. • The furniture was not clean, which is a major reason for not repeating the stay.

I stayed almost 6 nights and during my stay I have too change my room two time. Room no 4506 whole floor have to shift or relocate due to plumber work. Then I moved to 4704 and at night air condition had an issue of smoke and burning and it took almost 2hr 45 min to short the issue and shift me to new room becz duty manager and other have to find a way and bell boy. Packing and unpacking is never an easy thing.
